Healing Vaginismus ebook:

A Practical Guide to Healing and Finding Confidence In Your Body

If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re dealing with painful sex, or you love someone who is.

Maybe you’ve been told “it’s all in your head.” Maybe you’ve been living with shame, confusion, or the heartbreak of trying to explain something even you don’t fully understand.

You’re not alone.
And you’re not broken.

Up to 17% of women worldwide (but possibly more) experience vaginismus, a condition where the muscles around the vagina tighten involuntarily, making any kind of penetration painful or impossible. For some, it’s a lifelong experience. For others, it begins suddenly and disrupts their relationship with their body, sexuality, and self-worth.

Healing Vaginismus is a guidebook I created to change that.

Why I wrote this book:

Hi, I’m Naomi. For years, I was shut down. I wasn’t orgasming. I was hiding myself, living with genital and sexual pain, and silently struggling. Eventually, something in me whispered: There has to be more than this. And thank goodness past-me listened, because that’s when everything began to change.

I know how it feels to have painful sex. I know that weight of it and the ways that it impacts relationships and the ways that we feel about ourselves. I know this for myself and also for the many women that I have helped heal. I have seen over and over what is possible when we are given the right tools, information and support to heal.

I wrote Healing Vaginismus to bring together years of experience and offer you something that’s both deeply practical and deeply compassionate, a resource that you can return to again and again as you reclaim your body, your pleasure, and your voice.
