Meet your guide: Naomi Harris

I spent years shut down, not orgasming, hiding myself away, and struggling with genital and sexual pain. Finally I realised that I wanted so much more in my life and started to explore my sexuality and heal (thank you past Naomi for taking those first scary steps!).

Meanwhile as a naturopath I was already supporting 100s of women to heal and thrive, and when I started to realise how important sexuality and sensuality were in the healing process, everything changed for my clients.

I now have the best job in the world, I am a genital pain and sexual pleasure expert, and support 100s of women every year to live a turned on life full of pleasure, passion and epic sex.

Online Class 1:

It all begins with your body… In this 3 hour class we will take a long, slow wander through your feminine body, this amazing creature that is the root and seat of your sexuality and power. Through movement, learning, guided self touch and Q&A, awaken your body and your sensuality. Learn your pleasure pathways and the power that flows through your body.

Online Class 2:

Sensual Aliveness: The beauty & magnetism of your vulva & vagina.

Saturday 22 March, 10:00 – 13:00 (1 pm) Berlin time (Replay will be sent if you can’t come live)

Whether your relationship with your vulva & vagina is one of ‘best friends forever’, or ‘don’t look, don’t touch’, this class will show a deeper way of being with this place of magic. Through movement, breath, learning, guided self touch and Q&A, there is healing, pleasure and connection here. (This class is suitable if you have pain, surgery, scarring, illnesses or other issues).

Online Class 3:

Softly Sensual: The presence & potency of your breasts.

Saturday 26 April, 10:00 – 13:00 (1 pm) Berlin time (Replay will be sent if you can’t come live)

Your breasts are the physical expression of your heart and love, and yet we are often disconnected, have shame, or are numb. In this class, through movement, guided self touch, self massage, learning and Q&A, we will open the breasts for more self love, sexual energy and sensation, and general feelings of deep peace. (This class is suitable if you have scarring or have had surgery).

Online Class 4:

Sacredly Sensual: The strength & authority of your womb & cervix.

Saturday 24 May, 10:00 – 13:00 (1 pm) Berlin time (Replay will be sent if you can’t come live)

This is where it is at, the greatest oracle and wisest voice in your life. Our wombs and cervix are the place of power, wisdom and pleasure, but how often do we take the time to build a relationship with her? Through learning, guided self touch, guided meditation and Q&A, this class will bring you deeper into relationship with your womb and cervix and all that they hold for you. (This class is suitable if you have pain, have had any surgeries or scarring, or no longer have your physical womb).

FAQs

Sensual Aliveness is for women who long to explore their sensuality and sexuality with safety, softness, presence, and a deep connection to themselves. These classes will be gentle, safe and healing, and will offer you a new way of being with your body. Everything is by invitation, there is no pushing or expectation in these classes. I believe in these practices and I know the power of what is being offered.

All classes will be recorded and recordings shared as soon as possible once the class has finished.

No one will be recorded on video other than Naomi, to make sure that everyone’s privacy is respected. There will be the opportunity to ask questions in the chat, and Naomi will make sure to keep those questions anonymous. During the touch portion of the classes, all cameras will be turned off. Naomi is very careful about anonymity, respect and safety.

You will be doing these classes in the privacy of your own home, and during the touch portion of the classes, cameras will be turned off. (Cameras will be turned on at the beginning of the call for safety to make sure that there are only women on the call). More women than we realize have issues with their bodies, sexuality and sensuality, and it can be hugely healing to realize that you aren’t alone. Healing in a community can be a magical thing.
